This'll be a build log for a gadget I built yearsssss ago that I used to wardrive and collect wifi handshakes with. I still have it but it's getting a little long in the tooth, and I made it a multi-boot smartphone to test out new versions of Android (up to Oreo... the last version the hardware even unofficially supported). Originally though, it was just a glorious dedicated wardriving machine with a massive external high-gain antenna. Pictures are the main purpose of this post, I built it too many years ago and it's too irrelevant to walk through the build process.
